ARK unable to open rar

ark cannot open rar, i saw other post about this,but they said resolved, I still cannot open rar
specific error “ark.kerfuffle: Could not find a plugin to handle”
tried reinstall

version:
libbkerfuffle16 16.08.
ark 16.08.1
