ARK on KDE4 Errors

Hi at all.
I’m very frustrated because i can’t use Ark:
I would open a archive .zip, but when i try to open it i get an error,
it says that “The format of the file isn’t recognized”

I’ve installed gzip, libzziplib, bzip2, libzip, p7zip, libbz2-1,
libzio, rzip, unzip, zip, rar, unrar, zziplib, ziptool etc…

How can i resolve that???

i resolved reinstalling all the system…

Re installing the system is seldom necessary reinstalling the program
usually fixes it
