Aria2 - console or GTK?

Hi, I have some confusion.
Recently I installed aria2 for Suse from repo and it is only
command-line tool and another tool is needed to provide gui -> aria2fe.

However on this page: ‘Aria download - Aria 2.0.11.4’
(http://www.icewalkers.com/Linux/Software/513720/Aria.html)

it looks that Aria2 has GTK interface…what is going on?
my Aria is the newest version so is it console or graphical tool?
