I currently have a Leap 42.1 patch available for install, but I have noticed that if I install that patch, it will install the games pattern, which I do not want. Is there a way to apply the patch with Zypper, while excluding the installation of the games pattern?
Hi
It’s the pattern package for games, not the pattern games (as in all the games), so if you did decide to add the games pattern it would pull in the packages.
Seems all the patterns were updated for the font change…

Else pop into YaST software and taboo it or use zypper to lock it (see the ll option).
