Apply patch code to ethernet driver e1000e

Hi
I got two patch files for below files.
drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/e1000.h
drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/ich8lan.c
drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/ich8lan.h
drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/netdev.c

May I know how can I get a openSUSE image with these patches?

You open bug report, describe your actual issue and let openSUSE kernel maintainers decide how to fix it, then you install updated kernel when it becomes available.
