Applications open on secondary screen using fresh opensuse KDE

I’ve just managed to configure my dual monitors, I’m very new to KDE and Opensuse, and it seems that every application wants to open on the secondary monitor and not my primary where I’m actually opening things.

This might serve as a pointer
https://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-technical-help-here/applications/432644-apps-opening-secondary-monitor.html#post2118496

I’ve seen that thread, and that particular answer but I’m not sure on how to use it. I can’t find the option menu where he said: “you should use the following settings in that application’s section of kwinrulesrc:”
I also tried going to ~/.kde4/share/config/ and nanoing kwinrulesrc and there are no options resembling what he said.
Thanks for the time/

@ Landswimmer

normally if the symbol at the top left-hand corner of an application is
right-mouse-clicked,
then --‘more actions’ —‘Special Application Settings’ selected,
then ----‘Size and position’ tab selected

everything is possible without resorting to editing user configuration files
directly

Thanks for the help guys  Everything works perfectly now.
