Would like to know what app I can use to edit my swf web files.

SWF files are generally compiled from ActionScript program files using Adobe tools.

Have a look at this thread.

Not sure if it can de-compile the swf files also but since they are yours, you should have the sources also…

Also look for swftools package from PackMan repository.
