Application Launcher

How to change the icon on the application launcher? Now, I have the Suse logo, can that be changed.

Are you using KDE? If so what version?

Yes, KDE 4.1- sorry I forgot that.

It will not let me change the name of anything.

Right, to change the name you’ll have to open a file browser as Super User.

Click the application launcher then Applications>System>File Manager>File Manager Super User Mode

Then go to that folder and try it.
