This happens for the second time? I install a program (google chrome; iperf) and it’s OK — 100%. But then, when I try to run it, nothing happens. What can be the problem ? Is it me (I am new to Suse) or it’s a bug?

Try starting it from a terminal window and see what output you get. That
should help identify what the issue is).

Welcome here.You might be new to openSUSE (not Suse), but you will not be new to human beings. We, your fellow opeSUSE users, are human beings and as sucxh not clairvoyant. Will you please state which level of openSUSE you use, if you use a desktop envirinment and when yes, which one (KDE, Gnome, …).
Also, you fail to explain how you installed the product you talk about. There are many ways to install things, some may be the most obvious to openSUSE users, but as you say you are new, we can not guess if you allready found out about them.
And yes, the advice of Jim is very sound. Start the peogram from a terminal to prove that realy nothing is happening. Because when you do not notice something, that is not the same as “nothing happens”.
