AppImage to Menu and Panel

Is it possible to add an AppImage start icon into the Menu structure?

I use Zoho email. Searching if there was a Linux installable app, I ran across an AppImage

After fiddling for a while was able to get it to run.

Now the question is, can I have it added to the Menu? and also to the Panel?

It seems to me you have can the optional appimaged daemon for that.
