apper does not respect yast -> do not modify

Hello:

I have my system set up to use the tumbleweed repository as a result I am offered lots of updates. I like using Apper to do the updates. I also use vmplayer, which is dependent on a couple of older libraries.

In Yast I have the software management tool set to “do not modify” these libraries. Apper does not appear to respect the “do not modify” setting place by Yast Software Management.

Is it possible for Apper to follow the “do not modify” setting from YAST

You are supposed to use zypper dup to update tumbleweed.

I’d uninstall appr

And you are supposed to use the Tumbleweed sub-forum for Tumbleweed questions/problems.

Moved from Install/Boot/Login and open again.
