Yeah finally its working and phpmyadmin its working aswell , everything seems fine now.
I want to thank you and all the others who helped me out with this issue you guys really saved me from a complete reinstall , since I am completely noob thats the easiest way sometimes to fix things lols , but really I want to thank yo all for this help.
