Anyone playing with SLED 15 Beta?

Hi all,

I am curious to give this Beta a shot. Any people here using it. What has been your experience so far?

Hi, according to the Beta mailing list this is a very preliminary and still “rough” beta, still lacking a few key packages. As I understand it, it is intended for sysadmins with long testing requirements for servers etc., just to test the installation routines and the like.
To play around with SLED 15 I’m personally waiting for one of the later betas, maybe late November, early December according to https://www.suse.com/betaprogram/sle-beta/#releases
But giving THIS beta a shot should do no harm anyway :wink:

I’m running SLE15 in a testbed system, no issues to mention although it’s not a desktop system and I haven’t had much time to fool around with it outside some basic web, sql, HA.

Thanks all. No that’s definitely not for me then. Let me maybe wait until end of Jan or so.
