I installed the latest cisco any-connect version for my 64 (Suse 11.2) bit machine. I noticed that as soon as I start it up, firefox is unable to resolve any url (but if I disconnect anyconnect, firefox works fine).
Is this a known issue? Any pointers?
Could be a proxy issue. Assuming you are VPN’ing into a corporate network, you probably need to setup whatever proxy that corporate network uses to access external sites. I use the AnyConnect client at the company I work and when I VPN into our network I need to enable a proxy to access external sites, internal sites work fine without the proxy.
