Hi,
I can suggest following software:
pdfedit: PDFedit - pdf manipulating library, GUI, tools (there are pdfedit versions for older opensuse versions)
pdftk + pdftk-qgui: you can install it from the Packman repository.
Good luck

I use Xournal for marking up, but based on this particular question, it’s
hard to know what exactly you’re trying to accomplish. Maybe you could
define what you’re trying to do more precisely?

This software is not available for opensuse11.3.
i have not only in thread title but also in body mentioned that i need for opensuse11.3.
If you look at the other forum on which you have posted this question (linuxquestions), you will see that it* is *available for 11.3, and there are installation instructions. Whether it does what you want, is still unclear.
