Hi
In YaST there is hardware Information. Else it can be run from the
command line as either user or root (root gives more info) then there
is also dmidecode for BIOS info.
hwinfo has command line options as well;
/usr/sbin/hwinfo --help
/usr/sbin/hwinfo
sudo /usr/sbin/hwinfo
/usr/sbin/hwinfo --gfxcard
sudo dmidecode
