A number of minutes ago I installed clamav/clamtk through one of the repo’s. It seems to be all there except for the updates. It is configured for automatic updates except for the fact that it is not automatically updating itself.
What am I overlooking. anyone help

Hi
AFAIK, you need to run freshclam as root user, I think you also need to
setup a cron job for it to run.
