Whilst recently trying to compile a java app I ran into the bug
described at https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=915686. The
solution given for this and marked as accepted worked for me but should
this not be part of the ant-junit package install?

I use 13.2 without the “Java packages” community repository and 42.2
which by default doesn’t have that community repository
