Today, OpenSuSE Leap 15.6 started with an emergency boot.
I found out that in file /etc/fstab an entry existed for a USB stick that I had formatted a few days ago using OpenSuSE Lap 15.6 (on the same machine). I commented that entry out and after that the boot went as normal, no emergency anymore.
Because a USB stick is a removable storage, I wonder how this entry in /etc/fstab could ever have been created.
Dependend which tool for formatting you used, it is possible that you gave the formatted drive a mountpoint in fstab. This is also possible with the YaST partitioner and preselected by default if you do not carefully check the settings.

I think that happened, because I formatted using the Yast partitioner.
