and after some time that it works it disappear and crash.
anyone know why?
It’s perfectly possible that it’s just a crappy application. You could first try downloading a newer version from Pacman (or elsewhere if you find it) and then, if this doesn’t help, maybe choose another, more stable P2P client.
Also, try keeping your number of open connections down. P2P is known for overloading consumer-grade home routers.
