AMD RX 580 on fire. Please help.

Hello, on a more or less clean install of Tumbleweed with the 4.15 kernel and KDE shell with AMD RX 580, my temps seems out of control.

On Windows (dual boot) the card run around 40 C while the system is idle, up to 79 C while mining. While on Tumbleweed, I noticed the comp seemed to be blowing hot air from the GPU while using shell only. I checked the temp and it was 79. So I booted windows, I watched the card cool off on windows down to 50 C and then booted into Tumbleweed. Doing nothing but checking sensors every few minutes, this is what it looks like:

I am not sure if the fans aren’t working (on windows the RPMs are usually over 1500), or what is going on to make it run so much hotter than Windows, but I am concerned. I don’t even know where to begin to look. Thanks for any help.
