???
The repo and 1-click installer is available for 13.2, have a look at the page I linked to.

You should not download and install fglrx manually, as even the latest released version DOES NOT WORK on 13.2.

The install link or file you opened does not contain instructions for openSUSE 13.2. : (

Means got to install it manually …

It does:

Maybe you see an outdated version from your browser cache? Try to click on “Reload”.

In any case, the 1-click install should be the same for any openSUSE version, so just click on it.

Or add the repo and install fglrx_xpic_SUSE132 manually, you can see the URL in the screenshot. Instructions are on the page as well.

Edit: Ah, I see. The 1-click install doesn’t contain 13.2 yet. Use the “Procedure GUI - YaST2” or “zypper command line” instructions then.
I.e. add the repo in YaST->Software Repositories or with “zypper ar” and install fglrx_xpic_SUSE132 in YaST->Software Management or with “zypper in”.

Means got to install it manually …

Again, you cannot.

What you could do is to use the same script as the repo maintainer to build patched/fixed rpms, see here:
http://www.sebastian-siebert.de/2014/11/10/opensuse-13-2-amd-catalyst-refurbished/
But that page is in german only.

https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/502546-AMD-FGLRX-–-the-14-9-refurbished-version-for-openSUSE-13-2-and-Tumbleweed

what about this ? will it work on my machine ?

That’s exactly the same as I posted already.

Please, it is not difficult at all (if you can read… ).
I’ll write the same again as written on that page:
Enter YaST->Software Repositories, click on “Add”, leave “Specify an URL” and click OK, then enter anything you like as name (FGLRX e.g.) and this as URL: http://geeko.ioda.net/mirror/amd-fglrx/openSUSE_13.2/
Then enter YaST->Software Management, type “fglrx” into the search field, click on search (or press Enter) and install the package fglrx_xpic_SUSE132

Or run this in a terminal window:

sudo zypper ar -f http://geeko.ioda.net/mirror/amd-fglrx/openSUSE_13.2/ FGLRX
sudo zypper in fglrx_xpic_SUSE132

The same is explained on that page.
