Issue with ATI Frglx driver and desktop effects.
The system will not install without the use of nomodeset in the grub, after you install the system you can use desktop effect with the open source driver however you can boot the system without the constant use of nomodeset in the grub.
Once you install the system boots without an issue, but desktop effect will cause a crash.
