Alternative to {Ubuntu} studio tools

Hello,

I have a USB DAC (Audioquest Dragonfly). It interfaces with the Studio Tools applications with Jack for higher bitrate playback. Is there an alternative application that is available on OpenSuse that can allow a user to change bitrate on higher quality audio hardware without modifying text files?

I did try installing Studio Tools from the Open Build Service, but was unsuccessful and it provided me with “dead” repositories.

I’m not an Ubuntu user, but are you referring to https://ubuntustudio.org/ubuntu-studio-installer/ ?

Can you not just install the required components manually yourself? (jack, audacity, ardour,…)
