This after a fresh install and installing pacman repo plus Spotify easyrpm
I’ve had an issue similar to this when restarting Plasma within the terminal during a session or with a script. Could that be what’s happening here 
Actually, taking another look at this again it’s probably some issue with easyrpm’s conversion. I’d recommend installing Spotify with Flatpak instead. Good luck
