All fonts getting totally blurry in KDE within a few seconds - Tumbleweed 6.6.7 + NVidia RTX4000 latest driver

After update to 15.5 fonts slowly blur KDE Applications

I updated from 15.4 to 15.5 today. All seemed well but after logging in all of the desktop fonts will slowly fade to a blur. Even in active windows. They seem to ‘wake up’ when you move the mouse around but quickly revert to their blurry state. I seriously thought I was having a stroke. As it is unusable at this point I am running IceWM but I would prefer to be using KDE. What have I tried: Uninstalling and re-installing nVidia driver. Disabling Desktop effects. Ensuring DPI is at 96 Reboot…
