Weiss jemand, so aus dem Ärmel raus, welche(s) dieser drei URLs ausser Betrieb (ge)fallen (ist)wird?
Ich habe so etwas irgendwo (KDE.org evtl.) gelesen, und weiss jetzt nicht mehr gleich welches gemeint war.

The latest release of Plasma 4 and KDE Applications 14.12.3. Use this repository, if you want to have the version of
the KDE Software Compilation 4 (KDE SC4).
As that 4.14 is the last major release for KDE SC 4, we will just provide maintenance updates for openSUSE 13.2.
It would not make sense to make KDE:Current build for openSUSE 13.2 if we deliver the same through maintenance updates.
Warning With the update to KDE Applications 14.12.3, the KDE:Current repository will not receive any further updates as that newer releases are
moving to KDE Framework based applications.
Warning Remove all repos from the Updated Apps only section if you are going to use KDE:Current.
Ich verstehe nicht, welche “KDE:Extra” Repos für mich jetzt noch Sinn machen.
Mit KDE 4.11.5 bin ich ja eigentlich ganz glücklich.
openSUSE ist aus dem offiziellen Support, nur noch Evergreen.
Daher werden jetzt so nach und nach die Repos für diese Version deaktiviert.
So lange ein repo noch vorhanden ist, kannst du es eingebunden lassen.

Verständnisfrage:
ich vermute, dass das “KDE4-Repo” einfach das Basisrepo ist.
Hingegen bei den KDE4:/Extra-Repos bin ich irgendwie confused (was ich öfters bin).
/KDE:/Extra/openSUSE_13.1/-BuildServiceRepo verstand ich zuvor, als quasi das zuerst erstellte. (dieses offeriert mir jedoch, z.B. eine modernere Version von Calligra-Anwendungen, das nachfolgend genannte Repo hingegen nicht) - /KDE:/Extra/
KDE_Current_openSUSE_13.1/-Repo offeriert mir inzwischen keine (oder fast keine) Updates-Patches mehr (und current verstehe ich so ca. als gegenwärtig-aktuell)
Ich meinte BuildService sei älter (ursprünglich) und abgelöst worden durch das Current-Repo (aktuell). Wie soll ich jetzt diese Bezeichnungen verstehen/deuten? Klar, ein Inglisch-Kurs täte mir gut. 
Grundsätzlich, welches der beiden Repos wird zuerst erstellt (also bei der Erstellung dieser Repo-“Releases” auf dem Downloadserver).
Selbstverständlich können natürlich beide mit neuen Paketen gefüttert werden, parallel aktiv sein und mal ist das eine aktueller als das andere und umgekehrt. Soll ich das so verstehen?

Das BuildService-Repo könnte als “Vorprodukt”, welches neben anderen “Vorprodukten”, mit zusammengefasst wird und dann für den “DVD-Download, z.B. openSUSE 17.1 x86” separat als Downloadlink angeboten werden. Oder doch nicht?
Einfach: beide aktiv hochgeschaltet/maintained, solange diese aktiv sind. (SW-Versionen selber in YaST/2 vergleichen)

This instance offers a special package search interface. Users of any distribution can search their for built packages for their distribution. For developers it is an efficient place to build up groups and work together through its project model.

Diese Repos werden aber auch noch für 13.1 gepflegt und sind definitiv noch vorhanden.
Aber zur Klarstellung: für ein Standard 13.1 (mit KDE 4.10) solltest du http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/openSUSE_13.1/ verwenden.
KDE:Current enthält das aktuellste KDE4 für 13.1, wenn du das benutzt brauchst du http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/KDE_Current_openSUSE_13.1/ (also das 2. in deiner Liste) und solltest das andere entfernen.
Prinzipiell funktionieren aber alle 3 repos/URLs.
