I said you have to configure first for multikernel. /etc/zypper/zypp.conf

Well, sounds like it’s been a video driver problem after all. Glad you got it working.

Nope. A plain text editor.

Actually, it is “/etc/zypp/zypp.conf”, the setting is

multiversion = provides:multiversion(kernel)
