second I used knotes to share infos between the two opensuse installed on my laptop, sharing the */home/user/.kde4/share/apps/knotes/ folder, but now I cannot find where does knotes store the notes,

This has been fixed today, I’m planning to submit the fix to KDE:Current later if nobody beats me to it.

You can configure the Notes resource to store the notes wherever you want. To find out what is configured, enter KDE’s systemsettings/“Configure Desktop”->Personal Information->Configure Akonadi resources, select the Notes resource and click on edit.
Normally it should be ~/.local/share/notes/ or some subdirectory.

Apparently (one of) your notes resource(s) points to a maildir folder, maybe because of the unsuccessful migration.
As written above, verify the paths of all your akonotes resources. You can remove all of them, when the fixed package is in the repo, it should create a new one anyway and migrate your old notes.

FYI, the fix is in KDE:Current already.
So install all updates, and knotes should successfully migrate your old notes when you start it the next time.
I still noticed one minor problem though: after the migration, knotes quits with an error message. But if you start it again then, it works fine and should show all your old notes…
Nevertheless I would recommend to clean up your Notes resources/collections as well, as written earlier.
yes, it shows my old notes properly and saved in a /home/user/.local/share/notes/9fXtfkX2hm/ I suppose random name folder… but,
-if I open configure knotes I have three places like in the picture below but but configur desktop>personal information>akonadi resource configuration shows only two (/home/user/.local/share/notes/9fXtfkX2hm/ and /home/user/.local/share/notes/) and also they are not distinguishible … http://paste.opensuse.org/view/download/7879062

You can rename them either in KJots or in akonadiconsole.
But KNotes, KJots, the Akonadi configuration module and akonadiconsole should all show the same resources/collections.

may be the third one is the email??? now I’m on 13.1 with kde standard, I will check better on 12.3 with kde 4.13…
also becouse I’m planning to upgrade to kde4.13 also the 13.1, also becouse I think I cannot share knotes notes between kde standard and kde4.13.
but the problem is that I cannot recognize in the picture above which note is related to which location or akonadi resource…
…by the way, kde 4.13 on 12.3 after baloo switch off seems to works very well, especially dolphin over smb connection seem faster than before…

KJots is another KDE note taking application as already mentioned, and also integrated into Kontact.
It used Akonadi already in 4.11, so this would also be a way to share the notes between 4.11 and 4.13.
But TBH, I never used that one.

I would recommend to have a look in “akonadiconsole”.
Switch to the “Browser” tab, this should show all your collections.
Right-click on a collection and select “Folder Properties”, you can rename it there, and you can get further information on the “Internals” tab.
Check the “Internals” for all your notes resources, if there is one of them pointing to ~/.local/share/local-mail or similar, this would be the one to remove.
If in doubt, post screen shots. First of the collection list in the “Browser” tab, then from the “Internals” tab of each collection.

Aha. I can reproduce this here, looks like a bug.
If you close the note after renaming and reopen it again, it will keep its title though.
