After upgrade 15.4->15.5 my modem doesn't work anymore

The network manager now always shows signal strength zero.

When I check with mmcli -m 0, it says the modem is disabled.

So the solution in my case is:

ln -s 1199 /usr/share/ModemManager/fcc-unlock.available.d/413c\:81a4
ln -sft /usr/lib64/ModemManager/fcc-unlock.d /usr/share/ModemManager/fcc-unlock.available.d/*

Why?
ModemManager starting from 1.18.4 demands to unlock fcc.

Doing what the articles suggest doesn’t help, as my debug output for ModemManager says it cannot load file 413c:81a4

Congratulations you got it working.

I am not really having much knowledge about this subject, but reading this and it being something lost during the upgrade, maybe a bug report for this regression would be a good thing.
