After last update also falkon (in addition to telegram) doesn't works

on my laptop running slowroll with KDE I dist upgraded slowroll and falkon doesn’t works.
launching via kickstarter nothing happen
launching via konsole give this (taken the command editing the icon in kickstarter ):

pla@plaST-slowroll:~> falkon %u

how can I have falkon working?
I suppose it could be the same error in this topic
