As already mentioned a few times, this message is totally unrelated, totally harmless, and can be safely ignored.
The next kernel update (which will probably be released on Monday) will fix this message and the introduced incompatibility.
But you will have to reinstall the nvidia driver again afterwards (the kmp packages are sufficient).
