After installing virtual box clicking in the window makes background window to appear

Hello. After installing Virtual Box clicking in the window makes background window to appear. This happends in some application like LibreOffice, Discord. This happens even with Virtual Box not running. I can’t set cursor with mouse in LibreOffice Writer, because when I clicking mouse on left text edge or righter LibreOffice window hides and I see background window, for example web-browser that receives that click. What is that? How to correct it?

VirtualBox does not do anything to running programs except in the guests.
Unistalling VirtualBox will not remove any guests.

What OS (Leap 15.5, 15.6, Slowroll or Tumbleweed) and desktop (KDE, Gnome,XFCE, Mint) are you running

provide output of “sudo zypper se -si virtualbox”

OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. Virtual Box installed from Oracle for any Linux (https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/7.0.14/VirtualBox-7.0.14-161095-Linux_amd64.run), because after installing Virtual Box from official repo my screen only blinked black/blue and when it was blue I saw X-shaped cursor and only thing that I can did was restore to good snapshot my Btrfs. DE = GNOME, X11, NVidia proprietary Drivers 550.67. This problem does not happen for all windows: Firefox, gedit works well. But LibreOffice and Discord…

After I uninstalled Virtual Box from official repo Linux still did not start and did black/blue screen blinking. Btrfs restoring helped me.

You need to uninstall the Oracle one - it is only tested on Leap - not Tumbleweed - the Oracle Guest Additions do work in Tumbleweed ( I test that part ). If you want answers for the Oracle Version you need to do that on the Oracle’s Virtualbox forum https://forums.virtualbox.org/

For our version - sudo install virtualbox will install the OpenSUSE VirtualBox that is tested for Tumbleweed for the host and sudo install virtualbox-kmp-default virtualbox-guest-tools for any OpenSUSE guests.

I logged off. Switched from Xorg to Wayland and problem was gone. After that I switched back to Xorg and all is Ok.

After using Virtual Box even on different desktop and rebooting computer problem appeared again.

If I use VirtualBox under wayland other thing happened: when I move mouse out of imaginary rectacgle in the center of a VirtualBox desktop - mouse pointer jumps away in direction that I move closer to the side of VirtualBox window.

If use KDE this problem does not exist.
