I recently posted to a German text thread for the most relevant thread to “Non-PAE install for version 13.1”.
Originally, used the advanced search tool to select this thread as the most relevant.
I used a language translation tool to translate the text of this Forum thread to English.
Following this, I was criticized for my actions. And still later, I apologized.
That is all fine. Your applogizes are accepted there.
The several language forums are of course created to communicate in those languages, else they would be useless. When you are interested in the contents there, you can of course use something like Google translate. But posting there, you should of course use the transalation the other way around, at least when you want to make you understandable there.
But a word of warning: those Google and friends translations are often not easy to understand by the addressees. They may lead to heavy laughter . lol!
Thus when you still have questions after reading the translated text, you better start a thread in the English section when you have further questions. And of course in that thread you may refer to the foreign language post and what you understood of it after the translation trial.

Now and then I had need to read some German paragraphs, and not knowing
German, I use google translate.
I can not understand a word of the result.
Ok, yes, I do understand the words, but they make no sense. The phrases
are not grammatically correct, sections of a phrase do not match other
sections, some words get the wrong translation, so much that it is
impossible to read and understand. You have to make guesses. With luck,
I can understand 60%, and make many mistakes in interpretation.

Thank you for the oversight and clarifications. I will post threads with much more precision in the future.
