Address:

http://download.opensuse.org/update/openSUSE-non-oss-current/

Here’s the current list:

I’ve included it in the How To for switching to TW: How to Upgrade openSUSE 12.x to Tumbleweed

ATM there’s only RPMs for flash in there

Nothing is too bad, but a warnig:

Ignore the warning for the moment.

Thanks for the tip. For some reason I put the 12.2 non-oss repo in there instead which technically isn’t current. It may not make much of a difference now but I get the feeling it will soon enough.

Should this new repo also be added at: Portal:Tumbleweed - openSUSE?

no.
that is not a repo, it is a page full of information which you should
read…

The page I linked describes all the repositories needed for Tumbleweed, for setting it up from scratch. Therefore the question remains: should this not be part of that information/page?

are you asking:

should http://download.opensuse.org/update/openSUSE-non-oss-current/
be added to the list of ‘current’ repos on this page:
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Tumbleweed ?

if that is your question then please say where you wish it to be
added, because every place i think it should be, it already is…

WAIT!! now i see what you are talking about:

if i am not logged in and visit
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Tumbleweed i see only three repos
listed as those ‘current’ repos (the new non-oss update is missing)…

BUT, if i am logged in i see all FOUR ‘current’ repos listed
(including the new non-oss update)…

so, the change you reported as needed (THANK YOU) has been changed,
but not yet approved by the wikiGuru

oh: click on “Pending changes” at the top of the wiki page and you
too can see all four repos listed…

ok?

Dude, great find! Interesting how it doesn’t show it when you’re not logged in. Thanks for making the request. In future I’ll do the same now I have my account set up again.

thanks for the thanks, but i didn’t do it…it had already been
done…its just waiting for ‘approval’…

but YES, you are welcome to edit such in the future…many more wiki
editors are needed…

and more/faster approval agents also…
