I have an RS/6000 with DASD Storage Disks. I have success fully installed SuSE 10.1 If I insert an additional drive in the bay, the the machine will never boot to SUSE. SUSE is the only operating system currently installed. Should I start a rescue session or install session and try to configure the drive??

When you add a new drive, does the order change? You can tell that by
booting a rescue system and doing an ‘fdisk -l’ with and without the
second drive.
Thanks for the reply. I will try your recommendation. Also, I may have a new batch of questions. I reinstalled with Suse with both of my drives installed. The larger, 9GB(haha), has the boot, root and home and the smaller drive, 4GB(hehe), has swap partitions on it. This is what the installation chose to do.
After I fdisk -l, my new question is:
How do I move the swap partitions to a new 80GB drive and add a partition for sharing?
Feel free to direct me to any links regarding the above.
