I hope to be able to install the Banshee player from there.
i assume I will use it for the banshee player, then ‘set’ it to a no auto refresh once done with it.
Don’t. Please don’t. Any zypper up will move your system from Leap 15.0 to some mix of Leap and TW and definitely break things, most likely leaving you with a black screen, a non-responsive desktop etc.

This will really corrupt you leap install. you could try downloading the
package to a local dir and install from there.

Don’t add that tumbleweed repo just for the sake of installing one app.
There’s a change it is going to pull something not recommended for leap
that can lead to a disaster. Unless you are very careful and know what
you are doing please don’t.
Well I do it, that’s where I get the latest kernel but I know it will not pull
something that can break my system. After that I emmdiately turn the repo off;)
