Hi,
I have two hard disks. I installed openSUSE in one of them and I installed Ubuntu in the second one. GRUB is installed in the openSUSE hard disk and I was expecting that Ubuntu will also appear in there but it is isn’t the case even though I configured that during Ubuntu installation. I would like to add Ubuntu to GRUB2 so that I have the option to access it, however, after googling around apparently manually modifying grub.cfg is the only option. Isn’t there a less risky option using some sort of grub command? I read about a grub2-mkconfig command which searches for linux installations automatically and fills the grub.cfg but that command is not in LEAP 42.2.
Thanks
