acroread bug

Hello, how can I fix acroread bug, which create file C:
ppdf32Log\debuglog.txt in my home directory after start opera browser. I have fix it few versions of openSUSE ago, but now after clear install of openSUSE 12.2 I’m not able to found the right thread on bugzilla. I know that one way is uninstall arcoread, but I don’t want to do that. I was able to fix it and keep arcoread, but i forget how. Thanks for your help.

what are you doing? maybe running a windows version of acroread in WINE,
or crossover, or a VM or what??

i ask, because i’d fall over dead if i saw my Linux native acroread
try to write anything to a C drive!!

what version are you running? run “acroread -v” in a terminal to learn,
mine is:

denverd@linux-os114:~> acroread -v
9.5.1
denverd@linux-os114:~>

Nono, it is a known problem of acroread in Linux, it writes a file named
like he says:

cer@minas-tirith:~> ls C\:\
ppdf32Log\\debuglog.txt
C:
ppdf32Log\debuglog.txt
cer@minas-tirith:~>

It is not the C: drive, but simply named like that. As far as I know
there is no way to avoid that, simply ignore the file.
