Just bought myself a new monitor and tried to set it up. The monitor type is not listed so I used LCD 1680 x 1050 which it accepted. I set the resolution to 1680 x 1050 which was also accepted but when I restart the display on my monitor is 1260 x 1080 (my old monitor settings) but when I check the new settings are still there. Anybody know what is happening?
The machine dual boots into XP and, of course, everything works fine there!
