Accidentally turned off Network Manager!

Hi, I’ve literally just started using Suse with the KDE platform. I just accidentally turned off network manager so now its not running. Could someone please tell me how I can turn it on again?
Cheers!
PS: After writing the above note I tried something and got a KDE crash handler message saying that the application KNetwork manager crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV). any idea how i might resolve this?

How did you turn it off? Reverse the process (if you did it through
Yast). If it’s suddenly not there and you REALLY didn’t do anything,
just logout and back in and it should show up again.

Good luck.

Open a terminal, type knetworkmanager, hit enter This should start the networkmanager if it’s still installed.Or you can open the application starter, type knetworkmanager in the “search” line, and you should see the networkmanager. You may have to configure your connection again.

Thanks Eddie.
I have typed in Knetworkmanager in the terminal, and even went to the taskbar and looked for it there. Whilst I found the icon there, it actually doesn’t do anything when I click on it. Have I accidentally uninstalled it? I believe I have turned it off, but restarting the system doesn’t seem to make it come on again automatically, so i’m just wondering if there is a different path to follow to turn it on again?

Right click on the icon, and you should see a menu. Select new connection, and then wlan. Can you see your wireless connection? If yes, select it and configure it.
