Hello everybody!
I’ve got an issue with passing through ISA Server proxy because of NTLM/NTLMv2 authentication required using clear openSUSE 11.2 x64 installation (from KDE4 Live CD).
The solution is to install and setup local proxy-gateway which is support NTLM and could proxy requests from different apps transparently.
I’ve just found CNTLM proxy (Cntlm: Fast NTLM Authentication Proxy in C) very useful for it.
All you need is to download one RPM-file from here, then change configuration file
/ect/cntlm.conf and use http://localhost:<port> as proxy. You can save hashed password into cntlm.conf and everything works quick and smoothly.
Great piece of software! Many thanks to developers and wish them continue to develop that project.
