Ordered and paid for product from osdisc.com but could not reach them to get access code. We ordered the open SUSE 13.1 install dvd 64 bit, the open SUSE 13.1 software repository 64 bit, and the open SUSE 13.1 131 install dvd. How to install this without the access code for downloading the software. Do we need to get this from osdisc.com? If so, does anyone know how to get in touch with them?

There’s no access code for the official media, so you’ll have to contact
the people you ordered it from - and while you’re at it, ask them why
they’ve modified the installation process.
In the meantime, you can download the official media from http://
software.opensuse.org.

You can download – for FREE – the correct install (no access codes required) ISO from the official openSUSE site, here:

There’s not a lot we can do about the place you ordered the discs from -
they’re not the “official” distribution images, apparently.
You should download the media from the official site, burn that to a
disc, and use that as a starting point.
Nobody here is likely to have even seen this particular store’s version,
and likely will have no idea how they’ve modified it.

What software do you want to download? You have paid someone to create DVDs and CDs containing openSUSE software and mail them to you. This is normally because you do not have adequate bandwidth to download for yourself.
We do not know where you are, or how you have tried to contact [https://www.osdisc.com/suppor](http://<a href=“https://www.osdisc.com/support”>OSDisc.com</a>). If you were phoning, did you allow for time differences and holidays?
