There is GPL project that have codes,images,sounds etc. I just want to use these images on my project, no getting any piece of code. Should I licenced my project as GPL ?

No but you must offer those files under the GPL license if they’re originally offered as such (or provide a link where to download them) and provide the GPL license with the files.
You can dual license your own software - you do not need to offer your source code under GPL if you do not ‘take it from somewhere else’.
Images, sounds, etc are generally not regarded as code. GPL talks about source and binary codes. Images and sounds don’t fit this description. You should check what licensing they are under. It may be under something like Creative Commons, which should be ok to reuse. If in doubt, ask the authors.
