I seem unable to get kde to play any log-in sound(knotify), while the other sound notifications work just fine. I created a new user just to test if it would work then, and it did. I have tried different settings and compared the two profiles but with no success. I’m curious to what this is and would like to get it solved, but do not want to throw away the whole ~.kde directory.
Any suggestions?
