A Taskbar/Panel at the bottom of the screen for GNOME 3?

Hello, I am using GNOME 3 and was wondering if I could put a taskbar at the bottom of the screen, similar to the one in Gnome Classic/KDE/Windows.

Either go to https://extensions.gnome.org/ and look for an extension ( I
don’t know if there is one providing what you are looking for) or


zypper in gnome-session-fallback-session

log out, select your newly installed gnome2 look and feel session, and
log in.
