I have a lot of klauncher slave-socket in root directory. is this normal?
can i delete them?

There’s a bug report here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356098 concerning Dolphin creating those files. I don’t know if that’s where yours are coming from though… (I’m running Tumbleweed and don’t see that happening.)

Logged out from KDE (as it seems to be Dolphin that creates them), and, yes, you can delete them.
