Could any help me? how to install opensuse 32bit on Xeon processors(64bit platform)? installation ask for 64bit version cd

This is a new one on me.
You should be able to install - But I know nothing of your Xeon

Agreed. Post your actual error message. Not all Xeons are 64-bit, just
as a note, but any Xeon (not Itanium) that is 64-bit capable should be
capable of running in 32-bit mode as well as it uses the same x86_64
technology that everybody in x86-land uses these days.

installation says “could not find the opensuse repository” with 64bit version it works without any problem

Did you run the media check?
