When I was using 10.2 and 10.3 was about to be released, 10.2 started acting all buggy. I posted about it(here or somewhere else, can’t remember) and was told it was coincidence.
When 11.0 was almost ready, 10.3 started acting up, again coincidence. When 11.1 was about ready to roll out, guess what? Yup, 11.0 took a turn for the worse.
So now, should I be surprised? The last few patches in 11.1 has caused my system to slow down, KDE is acting up, Dolphin sometimes obeys commands. Files sometimes won’t zip, sometimes won’t unzip, sometimes won’t delete. Konsole is locking up all of a sudden. Konsole!!! The system now needs to be rebooted when normal applications are installed. Firefox flat out won’t work after an update until a reboot!
Either MS is taking over development duties, or it is yet another coincidence. I hear the newest Fedora is solid. Maybe they don’t break the current version every time they are pushing a new one out.
