24 H clock and week starts on monday?

I’m trying to change from 12 H clock to 24 H clock and change the start
of the week from Sunday to Monday, but I can’t find these settings
anywhere in KDE. Please help!

In KDE 4, at least go to System Settings (Personal Settings/Configure
Desktop) and choose the Regional & Lanuage icon under Personal.

Go to the third tab, Times & Dates. There you will find options to
change the calendar setup and time formats.

You may need to relog for the changes to take effect.

In Desktop settings>Regional+Language there is an option to change the
time/date display (for 24h just choose HH:MM:SS) and when the week
start.
